Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Program Specialist, you will collaborate to develop and foster focused strategies and external partnerships related to our diversity recruiting efforts and co-create diverse talent pipeline tactics that align to our DEI commitments. This role will use a combination of partnership sourcing, recruitment and program management to proactively identify and engage passive and active talent to fill current and future openings at Carhartt. The TA Program Specialist will work in collaboration with our HR Business partners on the front end of the hiring process to develop and execute talent sourcing and recruitment plans.

Responsibilities
Program Management Responsibilities:
Partner with the Talent Management, DEI team and the business to design and execute a scalable university new grad and intern programs
Support new programs across Talent Acquisition that lead to tangible results for diverse talent pipelines
Build brand equity with Colleges and HBCUs that is recognizable to students and alumni networks
Utilize and grow diverse networks to promote our brand and our open positions
Keep informed and drive the adoption of emerging best practices for DE&I-focused hiring
Help manage relationships with students, faculty, universities, and student organizations
Recruiting Responsibilities:
Full cycle recruitment
Maintain a consistent focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Adapt and maintain sourcing strategies that meet the needs of the business, adjusting often throughout the process to ensure proactive and responsive execution.
Ensure the company complies with laws and regulations relating to sourcing and hiring practices.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree Required in Related Field
Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum of three years of recruiting/sourcing experience in a corporate environment required.
1 year of experience focused on campus recruitment and community relationship building
A proven track record of driving DEI recruiting innovation.
Well networked and comfortable building grassroots recruitment strategies
Skilled project management
The ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines and exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients.
Natural curiosity to learn
Ability to be proactive and take initiative, follow-up and follow through
Working Conditions
Remote location: Associate will have no regular requirement to be on-site. Travel on-site is limited to special events.
