We’re hiring a Accounting Administrative Assistant for our Northwest Houston, Texas client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Admin
• Location: Northwest Houston
• Pay: $14.00/hr
• Hours: M-F, 8am – 5pm, very limited overtime
• Duration: Temporary to Permanent
• Description of Duties: Professional will handle varied accounting assignments.
• Requirements: Handles Prepares Monthly Invoices, Answering Phones, Creating Work Orders, and assisting in accounting research;Requires 1 – 2 years Accounting / Bookkeeping / Admin Experience. Candidates should also have advanced Word and Excel skills and exceptional data entry accuracy including 10-key by touch experience.
