We’re looking for a Receptionist to fulfill a 2-3 month temporary assignment for our Southwest Houston client!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Receptionist
• Location: Southwest Houston
• Pay: $20-25 per hour
• Hours: 8-5
• Duration: Temporary
• Description of Duties: This position will be primarily handling the front desk: Phones, greeting guests/ walk-ins and other clerical duties as needed. Will also be supporting the HR Department: Updating the employee handbook with policies, updating and creating HR forms, helping with audits and able to understand confidentiality. Will assist the Accounting Department as needed: updating spreadsheets, helping with invoicing and data entry.
• Requirements: Must have proficiency with MS Office and good data entry skills.
