Executive Assistant for Leader of Executive Search Firm
We are looking to hire an outstanding Executive Assistant for the leader of our Executive Search Practice. This position will be 20 hours a week and fully remote. (The leader you will be assisting lives in New York City, so an EST time zone would make the most sense.)

So, if you have a particular interest in education, and/or you are interested in the recruitment/executive search industry, that’s a bonus.
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting our Vice President with the following:
· Managing his calendar and scheduling appointments
· Creating proposals, contracts,and other important client-facing documents
· Entering data and other information into our databases
· Assisting with expense reporting
· Assisting with special projects
In sum, your role will be to help him be as productive, efficient, and effective as possible. In many ways, that means taking on clerical or administrative tasks so that he has
more time to focus on large-scale, strategic issues.

· Strong writers.
· An overall demeanor of professionalism which casts our Vice President and our organization in a positive light.
· Comfortable and facile with technology, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
Should you have prior work experience in an executive assistant role, please highlight this in your submission. While not required, it would be an asset in this role.
Pay Rate: $30/hr., 20 hours per week
