CLA has an immediate need for an HR Assistant for a well-established organization located just outside of downtown Columbia, SC. The ideal candidate will be a valued member of the human resources team and must be able to work well in a collaborative environment. The HR Assistant will report to the HR director and will assist with personnel files, assist with HR procedures, help implement compliance, process applications, and assist with payroll duties. Qualifications:
– Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree
– Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role or payroll or in the legal field
– Strong organizational skills
– Superb communication skills
– Be able to work as part of a team
