We’re looking for an experienced assistant to help organize and coordinate the busy life of a successful businesswoman. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to anticipate and plan ahead. This person should be comfortable coordinating schedules and ensuring that all items on our boss’ calendar are taken care of in a timely manner. The right candidate should also be able to manage multiple projects at a time, as well as make recommendations about new ideas for productivity enhancement.
