We are looking for a Warehouse Data Entry Clerk for our growing warehouse business. This position will support the ongoing operations. A successful candidate will be highly-organized, extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated and can demonstrate the ability to respond effectively to changing workloads, priorities and assignments.

Important Job Functions

• Enters all shipping and receiving orders into WMS system
• Maintain spreadsheets for daily operations
• Audit data for invoicing
• Tracks shipments using various websites
• Responsible for obtaining any documents or information to bill customers
• Other projects/tasks as assigned by management.

Other Skills/Abilities

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn and apply basic use of inventory software and equipment
• Ability to maintain accuracy.
• Email and general office duties
