Carrollwood Window & Door is a family business in Tampa, FL 33610. We are seeking an Experienced Administrative Assistant / Data Entry person to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- provide administrative support to sales and work groups in the organization
- Filing, copying, scanning, data entry, and tracking documents
- Use business software applications (e.g., Word, and Excel) to prepare correspondence, track data etc. Receive, screen and direct incoming calls, visitors and e-mail.
- work within established procedures with a moderate degree of oversight
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative support position with skills in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel
- Be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- ​Strong organizational skills
- Willing to dig-in and take the extra step necessary to achieve success
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
