Essential Job functions (Tasks, duties and responsibilities most important to get the job done)

• Prepare and distribute operational reports
• Research daily cancel report
• Track and report on daily retail backlog and folding backlog for DC12
• Track and report on daily wholesale backlog report
• Daily entry, tracking, and summarizing of hours report
• Daily monitoring of cubing report
• Assist with employee engagement planning and execution

SUPERVISORY / BUDGETARY / EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITY

• Communicate with OML when needed
• Assist with supply requisitioning when needed
• Follow-up with external vendors when needed

• Special projects as needed

• Create and maintain organized files and databases
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

prior work experience and educational requirements

• High School Diploma required
• 3 years of comparable work experience preferred
