Our Role

We’re looking for a passionate people person to join our global team as our People & Culture Coordinator! This role will work closely with our Director People & Culture to support a range of employee-focused activities, including recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development and wellbeing. As CartonCloud continues to grow and mature, our P&C department is on a continual journey (yes, I used that word!) of growth, learning and evolution. You will overcome unexpected challenges and gain genuine reward from the impact you make!

To be successful, we are looking for:

• A genuine passion for people and the excitement to play a part in their growth and career development within organisations
• Experience in HR administrative roles, ideally in a small, fast-paced organisation
• Recruitment process management and interviewing skills
• Familiarity with a range of tools of the trade, including HRIS and ATS systems
• Articulate and accurate communication skills, comfortable liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• Tertiary studies in human resources, law, business or psychology will be highly regarded
