As a Registration Specialist, you will be focused on the administrative aspects of registering our customers’ vehicles. The Specialist is responsible for checking documents and completing the administrative processes to ensure the smooth transition of vehicle ownership from Carvana to our customer. The ideal candidate has exceptional organization and communication skills, with amazing attention to detail.

This position is based out of our headquarters in Tempe, AZ. We are taking extra precautions, based on CDC guidance, to ensure the safety of our employees. We have supplemented our existing processes with further sanitization efforts, social distancing, and a mandatory face-covering/mask policy while at work. We also require Health & Safety Guideline training for all new hires joining Carvana, to ensure compliance and understanding.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Processing, finalizing and mailing out customer registrations
• Reviewing customer paperwork for accuracy
• Updating customer records to ensure the most up to date information is available in our systems
• Interacting and communicating with team members across various lines of the business
• Assisting Customer Advocates and other HUB employees with customer follow-up
• Being a high energy, forward thinking self-starter
• Other duties as assigned

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.
• 1+ years of work experience in an administrative or data entry capacity
• Ability to manage, organize, and reconcile multiple sources of information with accuracy
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Computer literacy and data entry accuracy
• Be a high energy, forward thinking self-starter
• Professional verbal and written communication with internal and external customers
• You have to understand the value of teamwork and how teams work…that was deep. If you disagree, read it again. Out loud if necessary
• Enthusiasm and energy to contribute to and thrive in a rapidly growing start-up atmosphere where roles continually adapt as the company evolves

The Registration Specialist is a full-time, hourly position. This role is based at one of our corporate offices, located in Tempe, AZ. No travel is required.
