Casa Palmera is a nationally recognized sub-acute residential treatment center in San Diego, California offering drug rehabilitation, treatment for alcohol addiction as well as treatment for mood disorders and anxiety and trauma disorders. • Correctly monitor and maintain dishwashing machine on a regular basis.
• Properly conduct sanitation test as directed by the Executive Chef
• Bus tables after meals in the dining or patio area
• Wash dishes, pots, and pans after meals and during preparation.
• Clean dish area
• Sweep and mop floors
• Take out trash
• Cleaning or other duties that may contribute to a safe and sanitary kitchen.

This is a full-time position that will work 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years of sobriety is required
• On-the-job training is provided, no experience is necessary
• Knowledge of industry standards related to safety, sanitization and infection control is preferred
