Cascade Windows is a leading manufacturer of vinyl windows and patio doors for the Western United States, specializing in new construction and remodeling.

We’re currently looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our Start Order Processing team in Phoenix, AZ. The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for reading and interpreting builder start orders and accurately preparing orders based on this information. The desired candidate will have excellent attention to detail and data entry skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Download start orders from various builders on-line portals
• Read and interpret start orders/blue prints (on the job training included!)
• Manipulate master plans according to customer requirements
• Create, edit and proofread orders and related materials
• Work with purchasing, operations, inside sales and accounting to ensure proper work flow and order completion

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 years data entry experience
• Ability to read blueprints a plus

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft office applications

• Detail oriented and a high level of accuracy
• Must be able to thrive in a fast paced work environment, meeting multiple deadlines

• Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers
• Window, construction and/or Manufacturing experience a plus
