CaseMark Hiring for Operations & Growth Manager at Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area Full Time

The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on operator who can manage a range of functions essential to our growth, including operations, HR, invoicing, and go-to-market (GTM) execution. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure smooth internal operations while also driving external initiatives like website management and content execution.

What You’ll Do

• Operations & HR: Own and streamline internal processes, including hiring, onboarding, and employee support.
• Finance & Invoicing: Manage customer invoicing, expense tracking, and light financial operations.
• GTM & Growth Execution: Support website updates, content initiatives, and marketing efforts to enhance CaseMark’s visibility.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with leadership and product teams to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with business goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in operations, HR, finance, or business administration—startups or high-growth companies preferred.
• Comfort with SaaS tools and automation (HubSpot, Xero, Webflow and Google Workspace).
• Ability to move fast and adapt—you thrive in ambiguity and get things done.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for both detail and strategy.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
