About Us:
Cash Depot provides ATM and Air/Vac solutions. We sell, install, service, and repair ATM and Air/Vac Machines. We are a completely vertically integrated company, controlling all aspects of this process to ensure high standards of up-time.

Job Summary:
Utilize reporting tools to identify customers with service issues and create service orders to resolve them.

Essential Job Functions:

• Monitor all ATMs and other equipment from service outages using propriety software (SEMS and Portals).
• Attempt to resolve equipment malfunctions remotely by troubleshooting with software (Moniview).
• Create service work orders to repair failed equipment.
• Attend company provided training classes as required.
• Promptly handle incoming ticket requests and emails for service issues, internally and externally.
• Identify and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Operate as a team player and help to unify the team.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Degree / GED, Associate’s Degree preferred
• 1+ year experience in a professional position, previous call center experience a plus.
• Ability to work non-standard shift/hours which include nights and weekends.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and have to ability to learn and utilize several other computer systems.
• Operate within the corporate policy guidelines and business practices.
• Results oriented and demonstrated strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills, written/verbal with internal and external contacts.
• Proven ability to be organized, detailed, multi-tasker, critical thinker, accurate, thorough and a problem-solver.
• Ability to adapt to change in the workplace or assignment of duties.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, etc.
