We are looking for an IT Specialist in NY to provide level II IT support to employees who are both in person and remotely at our corporate and retail workforces. You’ll be an integral part of our IT team, working directly to tackle both small and large scale projects.

When you’re not catching zzz’s, this is what you’ll do

• Provide level II support for corporate and retail IT support requests.
• Setup and configuration of new hardware (computers, printers, AV equipment, network equipment) and software.
• Support and maintain our core IT services (G Suite, Meraki, Slack, Box, JAMF, AirWatch, JIRA).
• Create and revise IT operations playbooks and end-user documentation.
• Assist in carrying out small and large scale IT projects.
• This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in either our spacious 3 World Trade Center or Industry City office

Our dream candidate has…

• 3+ years experience as an IT professional supporting Windows, Mac and Linux platforms.
• Highly collaborative; exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Certified in ITSM, A+ or ACMT preferred
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Cohesive team player able to interface with others throughout the ticket lifecycle.
• Self starter; ability to prioritize and follow through on all tasks.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Loves sleep!

Targeted Annual Base Salary Range: $66,000.00 – $74,000.00 USD

Casper’s compensation philosophy ensures that the actual base salary is based on factors including but not limited to skills, education, experience, special training, time in position, and/or years of service.
