Job duties:

Ø Administer, maintain and troubleshoot internal network, workstations and other devices inside our company

Ø Troubleshoot, repair and restore clients’ network, computers and connection with our company

Ø Install, maintain and update computer hardware, network hardware, servers and all kinds of software and applications inside our company

Ø Assist and instruct clients to Install, maintain and update network hardware and all kinds of software and applications

Ø Monitor, improve and optimize the performance of computer systems, applications and networks

Ø Coordinate, monitor and record the access and use of network, server and web services of our company

Ø Provide assistance, instruction and on-site service to internal network users inside our company and clients of our company

Ø Perform data back-ups, recover data in case of disasters or collapse and ensure the smooth operation of the whole system and network

Ø Perform security and quality control, detect any risk and suspicious activity and ensure the security of the whole system and network

Job requirements

1. Completion of a college program in computer science, network administration, Web technology or a related field is required.

2. Fluent English

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Detail-oriented

5. Patient

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
