Catalyst Medical Group Hiring for Patient Support Specialist (Behavioral Health) at Remote Full Time

We are seeking a skilled professional, who is committed to delivering high quality customer service. The This role will offer excellent customer service and represent Catalyst Medical Group with a positive, caring attitude.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Patient scheduling, as needed. Adheres to provider templates and guidelines.
• Registers patients quickly, but with an emphasis of compassion.
• Verifies all insurance cards and gets referral from primary care physician when necessary.
• Updates Patient demographics.
• Knowledgeable of contracted insurance plans and procedures.
• Receipts are written and cash drawer balanced daily.
• Upholds high standard for customer service.
• Effective telephone communicator.
• Maintains effective work relationships.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be well organized and have strong communicant skills
• Be accurate and thorough in their work
• Have experience with payroll processing and other fiscal duties
• Maintain a positive attitude and help foster a friendly work environment

Education:

Required: High School or equivalent education required.

Recommended: Experience in a medical clinic setting preferred.

Wage: $13.50 to $19.22 per hour (based on experience and education)

Hours: Full time – Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm
