The Catch Software Engineering Graduate Program
Our Software Engineering Graduate program is a first step in joining our high performing Technology team. You’ll be embedded into various Engineering squads and be exposed to the different features and initiatives they are building. Over the course of the program, you’ll have rotations across three different squads
All the while you will also receive training and support to help build your career as a Software Engineer.
Who Are You
You’re curious by nature, with a knack for solving problems. You’ll also have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT related and have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the last 3 years of the program start date (2020, 2021, 2022 or January 2023
• Strong interpersonal skills and thrive in collaborative environments
• You’re ambitious, flexible, resilient, and are able to work collaboratively within diverse teams
• You’re continuously curious and open to new experiences
• You’re proactive and willingly take on responsibility for getting things done.
• You enjoy working as part of a team
• You’ve got a desire to “get your hands dirty” with a ‘can-do’ and down-to-earth attitude
• You’ have good interpersonal skills
• You’re passionate to join Australia’s largest Ecommerce Retailer

The Process
We understand you are probably close to preparing for final exams. As such we aim to wrap up our selection process before the mid of October and a start date of February 2023.
