SPM Oil & Gas currently has an opening for a Clerical Worker located in Fort Worth, TX .
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Ability to independently provide administrative support duties of a function for multiple supervisors/managers
Prepares, maintains and reviews various records, data and files; resolves and discrepancies
Orders and replenishes supplies as necessary
Assists in ensuring efficiency of clerical operations within a function and make recommendations for improvement
Organizes, prepares and reviews administrative reports to ensure accuracy and quality; revises as needed
Acts as a point of contact for visitors, customers, outside organizations and management; answers questions and resolves issues
Handles necessary scheduling, coordination and logistics of meetings, conference calls and other important events
Organizes and prepares correspondence materials for distribution
Maintains knowledge of forms and procedures within a function
Maintains a high level of confidentiality
Maintain a professional appearance and work attitude at all times
Communicate effectively, both verbally and written
Must have the ability to perform independently or in a team setting
Performs other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical:
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
