Job Summary:
Reporting to the Client Support Team Lead, the Client Support Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients by addressing any questions or concerns via the support line or the online ticketing system regarding technical aspects of their website using the CaterTrax application.
Job Description:
Responds to client telephone calls, online chats, emails, and/or submitted support tickets regarding the CaterTrax application in a timely manner.
Performs configuration system settings for client sites.
Ensure s clients are aware of the contact person that will be managing their issue/request.
Performs troubleshooting as necessary to identify the root cause of issues reported .
A ddresses identified iss ues . Utilizes software tools and prob lem solving strategies to solve site issues. Follows up with clients regarding resolution.
Maintains client sites based on CaterTrax system updates and/or client requests for changes.
Communicates any necessary changes or updates to clients regarding their sites.
Performs revisions and/or updates to client site documentation.
Maintains records of client site issues and interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Monitors progress of development on all sites.
Assists the Site Build team with building new sites and quality control.
Perform other duties as assigned .
Education and Experience
HS Diploma required
At least one year prior customer service experience
Computer Skills
Working experience with HTML (required)
Knowledge of CSS (desired)
Familiarity and experience with all internet browsers.
