PAY RATE: Range 630 ($20.8985 – $27.3555)
WORK SCHEDULE: City Hall hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Applicant must be available to work 40 hours per week. The work schedule is flexible upon approval of the department head.
The ideal candidate, under general supervision, provides a variety of routine to difficult clerical support to various City offices, which may include reception and interaction with the public, typing/word processing, recordkeeping and filing; performs related work as assigned.

3. Establishment of Eligibility List: Candidates who successfully complete the examination process will be placed on the eligibility list pending further review by the department head and other qualifying procedures.

Typically, all positions will begin paid at the beginning of the pay range listed above.
WORK SCHEDULE: City Hall hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Applicant must be available to work 40 hours per week. The work schedule is flexible upon approval of the department head.
Schedules range from:
4/10 – Monday – Thursday
4/10 – Tuesday – Friday
5/8 – Monday – Friday

Minimum qualifications:
- Graduation from high school or evidence of equivalent educational proficiency
- One year of general clerical experience or any combination of training and/or experience that provides the desired knowledge and abilities
- Type accurately at a rate of 40 net words per minute. A certificate within the last 12 months is considered valid.
