We currently have an exciting opportunity for a positive individual to join our team as an Education Admin Support Officer. You will join us working 35 hours per week, on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, working from home four days a week and attending the National Cat Centre, Chelwood Gate, once per week. This is a remote location and public transport is limited, please bear this in mind when applying. In return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £21,820.87 per annum plus excellent benefits.
Cats Protection is the UK’s leading feline welfare charity with a nationwide network of adoption and homing centres, volunteer-run branches and charity shops. During 2021 we helped 137,000 cats and kittens. That’s the equivalent of around 375 cats a day!
You’ll be joining a friendly team of seven Community Education Officers who are based regionally across the UK. Your role will report to the Head of Education.
Responsibilities of our Education Admin Support Officer:
The Education Admin Support Officer’s main purpose is to provide full and effective administration support to the Head of Education and Regional Community Education Officers, in an effective and timely manner. This will include dealing with enquiries such as booking requests and advising of our services, booking coordination, communicating with relevant teams, diary and system management and various other administration tasks.
