• Is always pushing to get things done. It’s important that you like to take responsibility, and your main focus is always delivering results
• Is okay with change. Our company as a whole is extremely forward-thinking and tech savvy. We are always willing to try a new software/ web service/ tool if it is better than what we are currently using. We challenge the old ways
