JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to support the account and performance management functions for a large global account. Ideal candidate would have strong working knowledge of account management and governance processes with a real estate service provider.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the account governance process by developing client facing performance review deck. Create and manage account playbooks and processes. Track and report on account key performance and tracking metrics (KPI/TPI). Support tracking of key CBRE and client initiatives including charter creation, tracking and reporting. Lead SL integration projects and team and develop process efficiencies Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company’s values.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or GED (General Education Degree) required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Min of 4 years Engineering and/or Maintenance Management related experience/training.
