JOB SUMMARY
The Occupancy Management Transition Lead is responsible for regional and global program management for new or expanded OM annuity account transitions. The role also includes on-going ownership of the OM playbook template and collaborating with OM platform leadership to develop industry-leading key performance indicators (KPI), service level agreements (SLA), and process documentation and templates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the transition and subject matter expert for OM scope, processes, tools, technology, and integration with other service lines.
Coordinate with other Transition Workstream leads and ensure alignment on platforms, process, and tools.
Support the OM solution efforts as needed in account inquiries regarding transition cost, elaborating solutions around in scope services, transition process, negotiating and agreeing changes in scope where appropriate.
Lead the effort of connecting the on-account team with the OM platform and other service lines regarding quality and service tools, expert network, and best practice sharing.
Assess impact and risks from a service delivery perspective, provide mitigating solutions, and manage escalations during transition.
Identify all service readiness requirements and ensure they are in place for go-live (processes, staffing, training, tools, technology, communication, etc.) and provide stakeholders assurance on service transition activities.
Assist in recruiting or transitioning existing team members on the account.
Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May be asked to support staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, and corrective actions. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company’s values.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum five years’ experience directly related to the delivery of strategic planning services; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum three years’ experience in management with proven program management experience. CAFM software experience is preferred.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Professional Registration in Architecture or Interior Design preferred.
Certification in Corporate Real Estate, LEED or Facilities Management preferred.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, desktop publishing and CAD/CAFM software including MS Office Suite (MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel & Visio).
Ability to provide efficient, timely and reliable service to client(s). Ability to present information in an effective way. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.

Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.
