CBS Television Stations’ Miami properties: WFOR-TV, WBFS-TV, and CBSN Miami, is looking for a conscientious, organized and self-motivated Assistant to support the VPGM to manage daily tasks with emphasis on Accounts Payable.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage VPGM’s calendar and schedule travel as needed
• Handle Expense Reports
• Coordinate internal and external conferences calls and meetings
• Handle any special projects or ad hoc assignments as delegated

Invoices

• Receive and process invoices for multipule departments on a daily basis
• Follow up with vendors inquiries about payments
• Assist vendors with being setup in the system
• Create purchase orders as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience
• Proficient in use of MS Office applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be able to work independently and with a team
