About The Business and The Role:

Our business, CC Workforce Limited, a successful labour hire company. The employers we place workers to are engaged in painting of buildings and structures. To support current growth within the business, we are accepting applications for 10 permanent positions for Painters.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Applying paint, varnish, wallpaper and other finishes to protect, maintain and decorate surfaces of buildings and st
• Erecting scaffolding and ladders, and placing drop sheets to protect adjacent areas from paint spl
• Preparing surfaces by removing old paint and wallpaper, fixing woodwork, filling holes and cracks, and smoothing and sealing
• Selecting and preparing paints to required colours by mixing portions of pigment, oil, and thinning and drying a
• Applying paints, varnishes and stains to surfaces using brushes, rollers and
• Hanging wallpaper, matching patterns and trimming
• Cleaning equipment and work areas.

Job pre-requisites:

3+ years of experience in Painting is required.

Strong work ethic must be reliable and punctual.

Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.

You must be able to work flexible hours as these may vary from day to day. Rotating rosters may include weekends.

Job Benefits:

30 hours per week of work is guaranteed.

Starting minimum salary is $28 per hour.

Competitive rates to be negotiated dependent on experience, can be up to $32 per hour.
