Responsibilities:
- Full spec. HR roles incl. recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits
- Maintain HR database and Manpower Project allocation
- Perform work pass application / renewal / cancellation
- Monitoring & renew company certificate (BCA/ Slots/ Bizsafe)
- Manage company insurance cum claim (WICA / FWMI / Machinery & Equipment / Vehicles)
- IR8A / IR21 submission
- Liaise with MOM on HR matters, such as HR statistical reports, surveys
- Monitor, update of CSOC & Core Trade course for workers
- Manage worker dormitory matter
- Project site BCA submission & SIC arrangement
- Updating and maintain purchase and machinery rental record
- Assist in application of funding / grant and Man-year.
- Support in the day-to-day HR duties
- Arrangement for company events
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties and initiatives as assigned.
Requirement:
- At least 2 years experience in Construction sector
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period
- Knowledge of labour laws, policies and regulations
