Recruitment Consultant – Teaching – £26-35k + high commission – this award-winning Education / Teaching agency – in the Top 100 Best Companies to Work For – has a high volume of called-in business and they are looking for a proactive Recruiter who can fulfil existing business plus generate new client relationships with Primary & Secondary schools around London. You will ideally come from a busy Temps-led recruitment background with a proven track record of success. The company offers an attractive salary package and high commission pay-outs – successful Recruiters in London are earning upwards of £80k.
PACKAGE – Recruitment Consultant – Education
- Basic salary of £26-35k (DOE)
- Extremely generous commission and benefits package
- Lots of autonomy and a supportive team culture
- Career progression to Team Leader / Division Manager
- Hours – 7am to 4.30pm / 9am to 6pm
JOB – Recruitment Consultant – Education
This is an extremely successful, privately owned recruitment business with a strong presence in the Education sector through its regional branches. The London office is a busy, vibrant place with high levels of demand for Teaching staff to Primary and Secondary schools. They are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team – Education recruitment experience is not essential, but you must have experience of running a busy Temps / Locum desk.
