Hours: Fixed Term to June 2023, 40 hours per week

Job specific information

The focus of this role is to assist families with COVID-19 who have been directed to self-isolate, to provide connections and direct support to access information and services in the community. We are looking for a person who can demonstrate the following skills.

• Experience in a service delivery organisation.
• Understanding of the disability sector and ability to relate to people with disabilities in a positive affirming manner.
• Knowledge and understanding of the social sector.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Articulate, flexible, adaptable, and driven by success.
• Ability to connect with people with proven coordination experience to achieve outcomes.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
