Immediate openings for an Administrative Customer Service Representative. This industry professional will be responsible for ensuring our team offers superior support for various duties as prescribed by our clients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process member Chargebacks for high profile fitness centers in a timely manner (specifically to deadline requirements) and record progress.
• Answer emails for various requests for information from client regarding chargeback status and success
• Conducts thorough reviews of members accounts, and may require in depth research between client and member agreements
• Report daily progress of chargebacks to management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· High school diploma or GED equivalency is required.

· Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

· Solid knowledge of the products

· Knowledge and experience of Advanced Excel and general software applications.

· Must have strong reliable internet connection.

· Must have ability to work remotely, without distractions

· Must be able to work independently

· Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

· Proven ability to problem solve

· Excellent organizational, time management and customer service skills

· Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)

· Able to manage multiple priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
