JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma or GED equivalency is required.
· Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
· Solid knowledge of the products
· Knowledge and experience of Advanced Excel and general software applications.
· Must have strong reliable internet connection.
· Must have ability to work remotely, without distractions
· Must be able to work independently
· Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
· Proven ability to problem solve
· Excellent organizational, time management and customer service skills
· Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
· Able to manage multiple priorities
