TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prepare quotes and process orders in line with the requirements;

· Update sales reports, CRM and internal management system;

· Works closely with the sales team and engineering team in the quotation process;

· Maintains various sales reports and tools for sales representatives;

· Replacement of reception as required.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• High School Diploma or higher;
• 6 months to 1 year experience in a sales/marketing environment;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
• Knowledge of CRM and ERP;
• Bilingual written and spoken (English and French).
• Autonomous, proactive;
• Versatile, creative;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to work under pressure.
