As a Marketing Associate at CDW, we’ll look to you bring energy and creativity to your job every day, as you help tell our compelling story and support our sales teams and sales efforts. A key member of our talented Marketing team, your job will be assisting with internal training and event management as well as digital and social marketing, direct marketing, e-commerce, special projects and more.

What you’ll do:

• Schedule individual training/events and communicate events calendar to internal teams
• Maintain and track purchase orders and invoices for marketing activities
• Maintain reports to identify training/event feedback and results
• Coordinate and oversee supply and gift card orders, digital signage content updates, do not call and do not mail tracking, and mailing file updates
• Engage in on-site marketing event support including coordinating and staffing internal and external events, set-up and tear-down, and other duties as required
• Support the coordination efforts for caterers and suppliers in all CDW locations

What you need to succeed:
Must-have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities/projects, meet deadlines, facilitate change and delegate responsibilities
• Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to find solutions
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings as required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• A valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle
