About us

Cedar Beach is a RV park on 54 acres of land with 560 sites, along with amenities like, pools, splash pads, a beach, playgrounds, and numerous bathroom and laundry facilities. We are primarily a seasonal park that prides itself on top-notch maintenance and customer satisfaction.

Ontario Family owned company with 3 RV parks located in Stouffville, Ontario is seeking a motivated and organized Office Manager for seasonal employment from mid-March through mid-November. The Office Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office, including but not limited to:

• Managing administrative staff and overseeing their daily tasks • Handling customer inquiries and complaints

• Overseeing billing and invoices

• Preparing reports

• Coordinating with other departments in the company

• Ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in office management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with accounting principles is preferred.

This is a seasonal position with a bonus offered at the end of the summer. Some remote work may be possible. We look forward to hearing from you!

Salary: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
