Our client in the technology equipment industry is seeking a Part-Time Project Coordinator/Traffic Manager to join their team!

In this role you will work with a cross-functional team to implement and manage processes, build out and prioritize requests within their project management software, manage workflow to ensure the timely execution of creative projects, and maintain the production calendar for project visibility. The ideal candidate has strong experience in a creative environment, either as part an agency or in an in-house design environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain detailed schedules.
• Monitor projects to set and adjust deadlines for various stages.
• Distribute assignments to creative teams and other departments.
• Meet with internal teams to learn more about new project details and give status updates on existing projects.

Qualifications:

• Communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• 3+ years’ experience as a project or traffic manager, either within an agency or as part of an in-house creative department.
• Keen eye for details.
• Deep and abiding love of process.
• Previous experience working with Asana preferred.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Bi-lingual is a plus (specifically Spanish, French, German or Italian).
