The family owned Celtic Ross Hotel in Rosscarbery is looking for a highly motivated and talented chefs who is passionate about food.

The ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure along with motivating his/her team.

Duties:

Work with hygienic & safe working practices

willing to work with the current team of 10 chefs.

Being available for lunch and dinner prep and service

Maintaining haccp records daily

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €12 to €14 per hour

Experience:

• cooking: 2 years (Preferred)
• Line Cook: 2 years (Preferred)

Job Duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
• Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
• Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
