*Maximise room sales and ensure all front office staff are focused on the teams sales objective

*Set monthly incentives and targets for all front office staff and feed back the results

*Prepare the rota for all front office staff, porters and night porters as well as forecast weekly wages

*Ensure the security of the cash, float, safety deposits within the department

*Cross train employees to work on both day and night shifts – maintain a talent bank

Promote proactive customer relations

*Report to the General Manager

*Complete all company control documentation, including banking, daily business and all aspects of night auditing

*Have 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role

*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

*Ability to work on own initiative, manage a varied workload and work to tight deadlines

*Exceptional attention to detail

*Essential to be able to work well with, and communicate easily with all levels within the company
