Job Description

As a UX researcher, you will help stakeholders better understand user behavior, needs, and pain points by designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative research.

You will be the user advocate in the projects you will be involved in, and you will communicate the value of UX practices and research findings across the organization.

Main Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with product owners and stakeholders to define user research objectives.
• Design and lead the execution of research studies.
• Analyze information and develop recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative data.
• Share user insights with diverse audiences in creative ways to increase empathy.
• Contribute to UX research processes documentation and evolution (templates, repositories, and new practices)
• Share UX knowledge with other teams through training and workshops.

Qualifications

This position is temporay.

Any requirement for this role, you may divide these into:

• Degree in design, marketing or psychology or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with qualitative and user-centered methodologies; one-to-one interviews, usability testing, survey design, heuristic analysis, etc.
• Experience facilitating workshops.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
