Job Duties

Scheduler

Trained on scheduling duties (Green Sheets, Vacation, New Hires/ Leavers, API, Overtime, Schedule Changes, etc)

Kept up to date on process and policy changes

Assist with Scheduling duties as needed

Admin Duties

Order Supplies

Order Lunches

Coordinate Department Gifts

Manage Radio Requests

Manage Building Mtc Requests (Plumbing, Lights, Keys, Furniture moves)

Coordinate Retirement/Anniversary lunches (Cake, Ice Cream, Meeting Notices)

New Hire Packets (Policies, Schedule Pro Info, OT Card Info, Etc)

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Experience

Preferred 1+ year Schedule Pro experience

Proficient in Microsoft programed with Advanced Excel Experience

Microsoft Teams

Preferred Power Apps Experience

Competencies

Ability to work under pressure and time constraints

Organized and maintains good documentation

Multitasking and Prioritizing work to meet deadlines/Time Management

Communication – Verbal & Written

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
