WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR/ TEAM LEADER | €13.54 per hour

Our Warehouse team oversee and manage orders and deliveries for all areas of the retail operation, and ensure each outlet has the required stock to deliver to our guests. Across the village there will be 6 retail units, 2 own brand and 4 concessions units. Ranging from a supermarket and sweet shop, to children’s toy shop and clothing stores featuring well-known brands such as Joules, Superdry, Hilfiger and The North Face.

You will be responsible for managing the retail warehouse to a high standard of operation and safety, controlling the movement of all stock in and out of the retail department. From stock control to deliveries, you will ensure the retail team follow Center Parcs brand standards whilst promoting a positive and proactive working environment. This will support the Operational teams in maximising the business potential of the units and delivering a great guest experience.

Working within the company nominated supply chain you will be responsible for supporting the Purchase Cycle, ensuing all stock is checked and accounted correctly, invoice procedures are adhered to and effective par levels are in place. You will be responsible for the warehouse, delivery and vending operations.

ABOUT YOU

You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, along with the ability to lead a small team. Flexibility in approach to work and ability to perform well under pressure are essential.

Essential requirements:

• Full driving licence
• A good level of computer literacy and analytical skills
• Stores/Warehouse experience at Supervisory level

Desirable requirements:

• Retail experience

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week but you will always receive your contracted hours per period.

Your working hours will include days, evenings, weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis, with a premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday.
