Office Coordinator – Part Time Term Position
Central Interior Native Health Society (CINHS) is a vibrant urban Indigenous, integrated Health Centre and educational facility situated on L’Heidli T’enneh territory in Prince George, BC. The Office Coordinator (OC) provides administrative support to the Integrated Health Centre (IHC) that includes: inventory management, IT and logistical coordination for the delivery of specific services and events. The OC coordinates the orientation schedules for all team members.
Key Responsibilities:
The OC completes a breadth of tasks that supports the smooth day-to-day running of IHC
· Administrative Support for meetings and events
· Orientation of new providers and new team members
· IT – maintains the clinic network and works with our IT contractor as needed
· Inventory tracking for the office and clinic
· Building & Equipment Maintenance
Skills and Qualifications:
· Working knowledge of Windows Server and associated programs
· Experience or transferable knowledge of running a clinic
· A recent criminal record check including working with vulnerable individuals
