Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Five years of increasingly responsible professional work experience, including at least two years in a higher education setting with demonstrated experience in higher education related information systems, data analytics and regulatory compliance.
One year of supervisory experience.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build and maintain collaborative relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree.

Duties & Responsibilities
Supervision of an office staff comprised of Office Professional and Professional Administrative employees.
Serves as a member of the management team for the Office of the Registrar.
Directs the employment and termination of employees in the records and registration areas.
Develops, reviews and implements revisions to policies and procedures and recommends, implements and assess organizational changes in the records and registration areas.
Facilitates student appeals regarding requests for exceptions to the drop deadline, withdrawal deadline, credit/no credit deadline and time conflicts.
Serves as liaison and coordinator with various campus offices and operational units regarding academic, student services and enrollment management issues.
Manages, organizes and assesses functions and policies related to academic records management and registration in the Office of the Registrar.
Confers and corresponds with students, former students, faculty, staff, administrators and the public concerning matters regarding student record management.
Works closely with department chairperson, or their designee, in all matters relating to records and registration.
Reviews all curricular changes and authorizes the updating of the student information system and related systems and documents.
Reviews, implements and assesses policies and procedures related to student record management.
Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of enrollment and degree verifications.
Oversees the academic space and course scheduling process.
Develops, implements and access safeguards for student record management per the provisions of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act and other applicable state and institutional policies.
