Information Technology IT systems form the backbone of our operations. We are looking for individuals with passion and IT expertise, to help us improve the delivery of our systems and services.

The Board’s IT systems support a high daily volume of financial transactions for CPF members. In addition to keeping the lights on, the Board also keeps pace with the external environment through innovation in its IT systems.

What you will be working on

Responsible for all aspects of software development and maintenance of systems and lead a team of highly motivated members through various phases of the project SDLC cycle to ensure successful execution and delivery within quality, scope and timeline. Scope of work would include:

• Conceptualising and solutioning of project, multi-tasking and managing stakeholders at all levels
• Review solution design and effort estimates
• Prioritize projects and change requests assigned to the team
• Plan project schedules, quality plans and track project deliverables
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
• Accountable for project delivery of internal team members and vendors
• Keeping abreast with technology trends to provide new and innovative solutions

• Minimum 10 years of working experiences in IT application systems development, maintenance and project management with good and deep experience in designing and developing application systems on Java platform
• Proven track record in end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle and managing projects in public sector and/or commercial sectors
• Ability to work under tight project schedules and accountable for the project team members and vendor(s) deliverables
• Technically competent to review technical designs or be able to perform Java code reviews where applicable
• Excellent communication with good leadership, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Seniority of appointment will commensurate with relevant work experience
