What you will be working on

• Administer contribution scheme relating to employers’ CPF liabilities and classification of wages
• Handle correspondences and manage feedback, appeals and/or complex requests from government agencies, employers and members
• Review and process applications from members who wish to limit their share of contributions from their concurrent employments
• Review policy and legislative issues/changes with policy and legal colleagues

• Demonstrate good analytical and problem solving skills
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills to work effectively with stakeholders
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Conversant with basic work productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Office tools), and able to learn/apply new digital tools (e.g. robotic process automation)
