Our client in Hollywood, CA has an immediate need to hire a Temporary-to-Hire Accounting Clerk! The role is onsite (local applicants only). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $20 to $25 per hour.
Job Duties:
- Full cycle Accounts Payable processing
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Data entry of expenses and credit card transactions
- Reconcile pricing and purchase orders
- Vendor management and responding to vendor inquires in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- 2+ year accounts payable experience
- QuickBooks ideal and advanced MS Excel Skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organization skills
