CER Recruitment Looking for Production Supervisor at Rotorua Central, Bay of Plenty Full Time

We are looking for a fantastic Production Supervisor. A leader who can support and mentor their team to achieve results.  

About you:

• You would have previous experience in Production, ideally in Manufacturing but not essential. 
• You would be a great team player, mentor and leader.
• You would be looking for a role that has scope and career development. 
• You know your way around machines and tools.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and MEX Ops system would be advantageous.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate clearly, concisely and sensitively (verbally and in writing).
• Organisational and leadership abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Adaptability/flexibility to accommodate change and provide services to meet customer needs.
• Ability to work unsupervised, be self motivated and use initiative.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with internal customers.
