Role:
To lead on all aspects of the sector and ensure that all teaching, learning and assessment
delivered is deemed Good or better. To monitor staff and learners to ensure achievement
of full Apprenticeship Standard timely. Facilitate additional support to learners with
additional needs upon demand. Maintain records and documentation to meet company,
funding and awarding body requirements. Liaise with employers to ensure participation is given to enable learner coverage of the required knowledge, skills and behaviours. Further ensuring that all activity is relevant to that of the industry. Work towards the Education Inspection Framework (EIF) at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
To ensure that all assessment practice and delivery sessions meet the requirements and standards of Awarding Organisations and ensure Ofsted readiness at all times
Liaise with Training Officer and Quality Assurance Staff and if required other team members when necessary to ensure underpinning knowledge reflects into workplace activities
To monitor and support learners to meet the aims and objectives set within the learning
plan review and record progress and maintain documentation.
Attend relevant meetings internal and external as and when required.
Participate fully in sustaining accurate learner /employer statistics as and when required by the Senior Management Team.
Ensure responsibility for planning and organising own workload
Ensure records are updated and are current to meet contractual and legislation requirements.
To liaise with line manager and other team members to discuss current issues programme of delivery as and when required.
Liaise with internal verifiers/quality manager on providing information for SAR programmes and provide statistical information as and when required for the report
To monitor learner targets that are agreed and set and update relevant documentation.
To be aware of and promote equal opportunities in the workplace, report any discrimination, racism or unfair practices brought to notice and pass on such information immediately to Line Manager.
To maintain professional working relationships with candidates and stakeholders and maintain confidentiality and ensure ethical practices at all times.

Requirements:

In possession of the Assessor Award D32/33 / A1 or equivalent.
Holds a vocational qualification within your sector at Level 3 or above.
Has experience of working within an educational setting.
Have a working knowledge of Apprenticeship Standard and End Point Assessment.
Understands the importance of curriculum sequencing and the ability to follow intent statements in relation to delivery.
Has the ability to create a supportive environment for learners.
Has the ability to work as part of a team or independently, possessing good interpersonal skills.
UK driving licence and full access to a vehicle for work related activity.
