Job Duties:
- Greet visitors when they arrive
- Collect payment where required
- Perform daily account settlement at end of the day
- Give brief overview of the museum
- Introduce in house App to visitors
- Guide them to the various parts of the museum to visit
- Reply to booking requests via the system
- To open and close the premises during operational hours
- Make final round to check and ensure that all patrons have left the premise,
- Prepare premises for events/ activities as and when necessary
- To handle enquiries such as registration details and guidelines
- To proactively seek out and engage patrons who require further assistance during the events and ensure they have a positive customer experience
- Make final round after event to check and ensure that all patrons have left the premises, and no personal belongings are left behind
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned
